J. Moody is the author of the feminist future fiction Sepa Series, including The SEPA Project, Quántóu Rising, and A Rue’s Revenge.

Her most recent publication is a collection of horror stories titled, What Kind of Monster Are You? She is a teacher by day, a pyrography artist by night, and a writer by weekend. She despises ketchup, loves all things cheese, and is a sucker for a pitbull, a good coffee mug, and a friendly gesture. Her two personal mottos are Read, Write, Revolt! And Kindness is Free; Sprinkle that Stuff Everywhere. She lives with her family in Milwaukie, Oregon.
